fa روانشناسی قانونی: ضرورتی در نظام عدالت کیفری ایران تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;">روانشناسی قانونی یک شاخه تخصصی و کاربردی روانشناسی است، با موضوعاتی سر و کار دارد که روانشناسی و قانون را به یکدیگر پیوند می دهد، غالبا در مجازات و جلوگیری از جرم و جنایت ها نقش ایفا می کند و بر خود مجرمین و جنایتکاران متمرکز می باشد. روانشناسی قانونی هماهنگ کننده نظریه های روانشناسی و بیماری شناسی لازم برای اجرای کیفر قانونی است. پس از جستجو در پایگاه داده های اطلاعاتی در دسترس با کلید واژه های مناسب به دو زبان فارسی و انگلیسی مقالات، کنگره ها، سمینارها، کتاب ها، گزارش ها و یاداشت هایی که بیشترین ارتباط را با اهداف مورد نظر داشتند انتخاب و مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که در سال های اخیر با ارائه تصاویر متعدد در فیلم ها، برنامه های تلویزیونی و کتاب ها، علاقه به روانشناسی قانونی به طور قابل توجهی افزایش یافته است. گرچه ترسیم روانشناسی قانونی در رسانه های عمومی به طور قطع چشمگیر و قابل توجه هستند، ولی این تصاویر لزوما دقیق نیستند. با توجه به نظریه های روانشناسی و بیماری شناسی و همچنین قوانین مربوطه، روانشناسی قانونی برای صدور حکم نهایی در مورد متهمان، به قضات و شوراهای عالی قضایی کمک می کند. روانشناسانی که در این حوزه فعالیت می کنند اصول روانشناختی را در جنبه های قانونی به کار می بندند. از جمله این فعالیت ها می توان به مطالعه رفتارهای مجرمانه و درمان آنها و یا کار در دستگاه های قضایی اشاره کرد. آنها به طور مشخص نقش مهمی را در نظام عدالت کیفری بازی می کنند. تعدادی از روانشناسان قانونی به طور مستقیم در نظام عدالت کیفری به منظور سنجش، ارزیابی و درمان افرادی که مرتکب جرم شده اند یا افرادی که قربانی جرم و جنایات بوده اند، کار می کنند. سایرین به موارد اتهام کودک آزاری رسیدگی می کنند، با شاهدان کودک کار می کنند، افراد درگیر در اختلافات و مشاجرات حضانت فرزند را ارزیابی می کنند و صلاحیت روانی متهم برای محاکمه را می سنجند. مقاله مروری حاضر تلاش کرده است تا با ارائه اطلاعات مبتنی بر شواهد در خصوص روانشناسی قانونی، وزراتخانه ها و سازمان های قانونی از جمله سازمان نظام روانشناسی و مشاوره ایران بتوانند زمینه ایجاد این رشته تخصصی را در مقاطع تحصیلی مختلف در دانشگاه های ایران فراهم سازند و همچنبن کیفیت ارائه خدمات تخصصی بهداشت روانی، روانشناختی و قانونی را در نظام کیفری و همچنین برای دریافت کنندگان این خدمات در مراکز قضایی، قانونی و تادیبی کشور ارتقاء بخشند.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;">Forensic psychology is a specialized branch and applied psychology. Forensic psychology deals with issues linking in psychology and law with together, often plays a role in punishment and prevention of crimes and offences, and focuses on offenders and criminals. Forensic psychology is coordinator of psychological theories and necessary psychopathology to enforcement of legal retribution. After search in available databases by appropriate keywords in both Farsi and English languages, articles, congresses, seminars, books, reports and notes that were most relevant to the intended targets were selected and evaluated. The results indicated that interest in forensic psychology significantly has increased by offering of multiple presentations in movies, television programs and books in recent years. Although depiction of forensic psychology is certainly substantial in the popular media, but these images necessarily are not accurate. According to the psychology and pathology theories as well as relevant laws, forensic psychology helps to judges and the Judicial Supreme Council, in order to a final ruling of the defendants. Psychologists, who work in this field, apply psychological principles in the legal aspects. Some of these activities include the study of criminal behaviors and their treatments, or work in the judicial systems. They play an important role in the criminal justice system. Some of forensic psychologists directly assess, evaluate and treat people who have committed crimes or who have been victims of crimes and offences in the criminal justice system. Others handle cases of accusation of child abuse, work with child witnesses, evaluate people involved in disputes of child custody, and assess defendant&#39;s mental competency to stand trial.
