The Relationship between attachment style and hardiness with perfectionism in students of Maragheh University

The aim of this study was to study of the relationship between attachment style and hardiness with perfectionism in students of Maragheh University.in this study, we used descriptive correlational study the statistical population of this study included all students of the University of Maragheh, which had a total of 2040 people.using Morgan table 300 male and female through cluster random sampling, as samples were selected.to collect information, Kobasa Hardiness questionnaire(1976), Collins & read Adult Attachment Scale(1990) and Frost multi-dimensional perfectionism questionnaire (1990)were used.using multiple regression analysis and pearson correlation was used.the results showed that secure attachment style has a positive significant relationship with positive perfectionism and ambivalent attachment style has a negative significant relationship with positive perfectionism and avoidant attachment style not have a significant relationship with positive perfectionism and secure and ambivalent attachment styles do not have a significant relationship with negative perfectionism but avoidant attachment style have a significant relationship with negative perfectionism and also results showed that hardiness do not have a significant relationship with positive perfectionism but hardiness has a negative significant relationship with negative perfectionism. |
